It is a father’s duty to spiritually instruct his child (https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=Ra3n7jdR-Kc).
That’s why I’ve gone out of my way to explain the history and origin of the Easter Egg Hunt to my son.
As you are well aware, on the day that Jesus was martyred by the Romans at the the instigation of his own people for speaking truth to power, in remembrance the Disciples gathered together to make colored and candy eggs, which they spread on the fields of Galilee for the children to find. Any child who found an egg would be Saved for the year, and the child who found the most eggs would be Saved most of all.
This is important because every child is naturally Not Saved and therefore bound for perdition unless he or she is Saved (just ask parents).
The Easter Egg Hunt takes place each year at Eastertide not only to memorialize Jesus’ martyrdom, but also necessarily to renew the children’s inevitably stale Salvation.
“If you don’t have your Egg, you can’t go in there.” That’s what we must tell our young ones.

You seem to be a good person with more morality than our elitist class… not trying to troll here, just understand. This is a thoughtful post.
I get that it’s political flack and calendar luck, but does the Easter Trans-day Hype (and Joe’s not knowing anything about it…and his handlers seeming to bask in the opportunity to rub it into everyone’s face) not bother you at all? Or at least offer you an insight as to how these people actually feel about the things in your life that you value?
